Dr. Nadia Najjari

Dr Nadia Najjari is a distinguished Consultant in Reproductive Medicine and Infertility at HealthPlus – Abu Dhabi, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience to her role. Her illustrious career spans leading healthcare organizations in Germany and the United Arab Emirates. D Najjari received her PhD magna cum laude from RWTH Aachen University, Germany, in 2001, complemented by medical training at the University of Regensburg and RWTH Aachen. She has held significant positions, including Deputy Director at Kinderwunschzentrum Offenbach, Germany, and Head of Department and Consultant at a prominent Fertility Clinic in Abu Dhabi. Notably, she served as Medical Director of a new fertility clinic in Abu Dhabi from April 2023 to April 2024, pioneering holistic patient care integrating Yoga, Pilates, Acupuncture, and relaxation techniques. Dr Najjari is also a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Infertility/IVF and Embryology for the Department of Health (DOH) since 2018, advocating for patient education and personalized treatment approaches. 

Dr Najjari is a highly skilled expert in the field of reproductive health services, particularly in the area of infertility treatments. She is widely recognized for her unique approach to patient care, which involves incorporating various holistic practices such as Yoga, Pilates, Acupuncture, and stress management techniques into fertility treatments. This comprehensive approach aims to improve overall well-being and enhance treatment outcomes. Dr Najjari has a particular interest in IVF segmentation to increase the success of implantation, as well as addressing issues such as recurrent implantation failure, recurrent miscarriage, fertility preservation, endometriosis, hormonal imbalances, and genetic disorders. Her patient-centered philosophy focuses on creating personalized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual. This approach is supported by her extensive knowledge of reproductive biology and her commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in fertility medicine.

Dr Nadia Najjari's contributions to reproductive medicine and patient care have been recognized internationally. She is a member of prestigious societies including the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), and several German medical societies. Her dedication to continuous learning and innovation is reflected in her diverse certifications, including a RYT®500 Yoga Teacher, Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Resilience Coach, certified Acupuncturist (TCM), anti-aging doctor (GSAAM), and Pilates trainer. Dr Najjari's commitment to excellence is further demonstrated through her academic achievements, including a Certificate of Achievement in “Fundamentals – Genetics” from Harvard Medical School and an Embryology Certificate from ASRM.
